What is Maximum Concurrent Connections?
Maximum Concurrent Connections refers to the maximum number of browser tabs that can be connected at once. It is counted based on the number of active web document tabs.
How to calculate number of connections?
If you’re unsure about your company’s number of connections, you can estimate it by multiplying your number of users by 20%. If this is still unclear, our experts are available to assist you. Please feel free to contact us.
What happen if exceed the limit?
If the number of connected tabs exceeds the limit, you will only be able to open documents, and editing will be disabled.
Can I use Thinkfree office under my company's brand?

What's the difference between Maximum Concurrent Connections(MCC) and Monthly Active Users(MAU)?
MCC is billed based on the actual usage, which refers to the number of active web document tabs, while MAU is charged based on the number of users counted within the month.
